"i bought my new electra glide standard at black canyon hd.in may 08. with 700 mile on it it quit me qnd my wife in rifle co. after 3 hrs on the on the phone with HOG they finally said they would have a Hog certified truck to rescue us. 1 call to steve at aspen hd and he had atruck thier in 30 minutes,kept himself and a tech late to figure out the problem but mary called the next day .problem found.f.i. connections from factory not pushed in securlely. i asked steve what i owed him.work done under warrenty, what do i owe you for the the pick up and ride, he said you dont owe me nothing, you guys buy Harleys,spend a lot of money and expect them to run. my wife and i were very impressed with everybodys great attitude and special attention. when we are looking to buy again were going with Aspen Valley HD thanx mike and robin"

"To: Aspen Valley Harley-Davidson, I just wanted to send a letter of appreciation to the entire staff. On 8/3/06 I was traveling crossing country and had a weld break on an after market head pipe. (should have kept my HD original exhaust system...) I called you guy's and made an appointment for the next morning. As soon as your staff arrived, 1/2 hour before normal shop hours you took my bike directly in and had the Exhaust fixed, Oil, Primary and Transmission fluid's changed and washed my bike in less than two hours and I was back on the road... The rest of my trip totaling just under 6,000 miles was smooth as silk. I've been riding motorcycles for the last twenty plus years and it's nice to know there are still dealer ships out there that understand service above and beyond selling T-shirts... "Dear Sir, Most of the time when people take the time to write a letter to a store owner it's about a complaint. I wanted this letter to be an exception. It's a positive letter about Curtis, your "rental professional." Curtis did a great job handling my rental reservation, including excellent followup. He is not the average employee putting in his 40 hour week. he cares about his job and more importantly, he cares about satisfying his customers. Curtis had no problem giving me his cell phone number, which unfortunately I had to use because of a flat. He had the bike loaded in the trailer within 2 hours of my call and had come up with a solution by the time we had returned to the shop. He also helped with my motel reservations for the night in Glenwood Springs. I just thought Curtis deserved a "pat on the back." I have 110 employees currently working for me and the exceptional ones are few and far between. I will rent my next Harley from Aspen Valley H.D. When I return to Colorado and the main reason is the way I was treated by Curtis. He is definitely an asset to your dealership.
